Once you've completing the form, you'll be requested to fulfill the request through PayPal. Don't worry, a Paypal account is not required. After that, an Automatic Pool Covers  service technician will contact you to confirm the appointment.

I agree to the terms of service for this "Guaranteed Service Request", and do authorize Automatic Pool Covers, Inc. to charge a single service-request fee of $156 (this reflects a 10% discount. Amount covers the first hour labor + trip charge.) Additional hours will be billed at $126 / hour (this also reflects a 10% discount)! Parts will be billed in addition to the base amount at normal retail pricing.

I understand the "Guaranteed Service Request" is only available within the Central Indiana area (zip code range 46001 - 46299, see map). If my service area is not in that location, I understand that I may contact Automatic Pool Covers, Inc to be referred to a preferred APC service vendor in my area.

I understand that my service request will be added to the normal service queue.

We need to know whether your pool cover is open or closed. If it is open, you must call us instead of the online service request.

Please tell us the type of product that is affected. The product may or may not be manufactured by APC.

Please tell us some details of the problem and other facts related to when this issue occurred such as during cover opening, closing, intermittent, etc.
